Dat de finale er niet meer inzat, wist Oranje eigenlijk al na die eerste verloren wedstrijd tegen Oekraïne. “De Russen zijn gewoon te goed, dat was bekend, al gingen we gedurende het toernooi steeds beter spelen”, blikt Paula terug. De bronzen finale tegen Finland werd wederom zonder setverlies gewonnen en ze is dan ook heel bij met het brons.
