Bosnia sitting volleyball try to take revenge on Iran in World Championships
January 5, 2018
Bosnia & Herzegovina sitting volleyball team want to take revenge on Iran in the 2018 Sitting Volleyball World Championships.
Bosnia & Herzegovina are the defending champions among men and will start again as strong contenders for gold, trying to take revenge on Iran after losing out to them in the final at last year’s Paralympic Games, Paralympic.org wrote.
Iran are the most decorated team in the World Championship, winning six times the competition, followed by Bosnia & Herzegovina and the Netherlands who have won three and two times respectively.
The Netherlands Volleyball Association will host the event between 15 and 22 July, with matches being contested across different cities and the men’s and women’s finals taking place in The Hague.
